Accessibility
KOKO is committed to equality of access for disabled customers and to meeting your requirements on the night.
Accessible tickets are available via SEE Tickets, our venue ticketing partner. Please do not buy a General Admission ticket expecting to be accommodated for everyone’s safety this will be refused, and once accessible tickets have sold out we are unable to accommodate further requests.
The access area is step-free and has a private accessible toilet. We have a medical team and venue management on site, and ramps on entry.

Booking Accessible Tickets
There are three accessible ticket types:
- ACCESS WHEELCHAIR + STANDING COMPANION A wheelchair space, plus a free companion/PA ticket (standing).
- ACCESS SEATED + STANDING COMPANION A seat, plus a free companion/PA ticket (standing). Seated access tickets are reserved for access customers only.
- ACCESS STANDING + COMPANION A standing place, plus a free companion/PA ticket (standing).
All three include a queue jump.
Access customers should not buy a General Admission ticket expecting to be accommodated, for everyone’s safety this will be refused, and once accessible tickets sell out, we cannot take further requests.
No. From 1 August 2026, every accessible ticket automatically includes a free companion/PA ticket, so two tickets are issued when you book, one for you and one for your companion. Please do not buy an extra ticket.
You and your companion must arrive together.
If you booked before 1 August 2026, email access@koko.co.uk and we’ll arrange your companion/PA ticket.
No, the companion/PA stands. Seats and wheelchair spaces are reserved solely for access customers, and there is no seat for the companion, who stands beside you.
From 1 August 2026, when booking an accessible ticket via SEE Tickets you will be asked to provide proof of eligibility (PIP letter, Access Card/Nimbus or similar) securely at checkout, you won’t be able to complete your booking without it, and you don’t need to email proof to us separately.
If you booked before 1 August 2026, please email your proof of eligibility to access@koko.co.uk.
Book ACCESS SEATED + STANDING COMPANION. Seated access tickets are reserved for access customers.
The seated access ticket can only be booked by access customers. If you don’t have access requirements but would like to sit, there are a limited number of benches throughout the venue’s upper levels, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the accessible option isn’t showing on the SEE Tickets event page, our allocation for that area has been filled and we are unable to take further requests.
Please do not buy a GA ticket expecting to be accommodated, as entry will be refused.
Arriving at the Venue
A queue jump is included as standard with every accessible ticket. You do not need a VIP or early-entry package to skip the queue.
Medical Requirements
Yes. If you need to bring items that are normally prohibited (for example, due to a medical or dietary condition), please contact us prior to the event at access@koko.co.uk so we can verify them ahead of time.
When you arrive onsite, please make security staff aware that you are bringing medical items in with you.
For everyday prescription medicine in labelled packaging, no. We do recommend bringing a copy of your prescription or a short note from your GP or pharmacist if you’re carrying controlled medication (for example strong painkillers, ADHD or certain anxiety medication), needles or other sharps (such as insulin or an EpiPen), or a larger-than-usual quantity. It’s not a barrier to entry, it just helps our team check things quickly and discreetly.
Assistance Dogs
Yes, we are happy to welcome assistance dogs at KOKO. If you’d prefer, you are welcome to leave your dog with a member of our foyer staff during the performance. If you have an emotional support animal that you need with you, we are glad to discuss this too.
In all cases, please contact our team at least 15 days ahead of the show so we can confirm the details and arrange anything you need. Get in touch at access@koko.co.uk.
Contact the Access Team
For anything beyond your ticket, for example wheelchair storage or to discuss specific requirements, email access@koko.co.uk. If you’d like us to call you, please include a contact number.
