Seedhe Maut are a hip-hop duo from New Delhi whose rise has mirrored the growth of India’s independent rap scene itself. Made up of Encore ABJ and Calm, they came up through Delhi’s underground cyphers and collectives, earning attention for their uncompromising lyrics and chemistry as performers. Debut album Bayaan and follow-ups Nayaab and 2023’s Lunch Break drew critical acclaim, cementing their reputation as one of India’s most exciting acts.
