After amassing over 5 million streams across their first two singles, “Bye” and “Ghost of Us”, Netflix-formed breakout band Midnight Til Morning are entering their next chapter in full stride. While “Bye” continues to climb global Spotify and radio charts, the group has just released two brand-new tracks: the haunting, late-night anthem “Navy Eyes”, and surprise drop “Welcome to LA” – a slow-burning confessional that further expands the band’s emotional palette.
Co-written by Evan Cline (Teddy Swims), Rory Andrew (Bebe Rexha, Joji) and Kevin Garrett (Beyoncé, Lennon Stella), “Navy Eyes” is produced by Cline, whose work balances moody textures with melody-driven polish. The song leans into a darker tone while giving the band’s soaring vocals room to breathe. It’s a track made for midnight drives – reflective, raw, and cinematic in tone.
“‘Navy Eyes’ is a song you listen to while driving through the city late at night. With your best friend, partner or by yourself. It’s a positive romantic anthem made to soundtrack those special moments.” – Midnight Til Morning
Also released this week is “Welcome to LA”, written by the band alongside Amy Shark and Robby De Sa (who also produced the track and co-wrote the group’s previous single “Ghost of Us”). The track captures the dream and disillusionment of chasing success in a city built on fame and reinvention. Where “Navy Eyes” lingers in the emotional shadows, “Welcome to LA” flickers with the harsh glow of ambition – all wrapped in swelling production and confessional vocals that cut through like headlights on Sunset Boulevard.
